St. Johns, NewFoundland, Canada Trip - II

(Update: I have uploaded pictures in this post and also updated yesterday's entry). The weather was so bad that I could not take nice pictures of nature

It is technically day 1 as I reached Canada yesterday night. Anyway, I am done with my presentation today. Mine was the second presentation in the session and it is the second paper to be printed in the conference proceedings. I also received a yellow-black colored backpack as complimentary.
I got a new friend in Farrukh, who is from Islamabad, Pakistan. He has his presentation tomorrow. I already talked him into writing blogs and soon I am hoping to add his name in my fellow bloggers. It is raining here. I am not dressed properly for it. I might have to buy something for that.

There was a break in the water-pipe near downtown. So, the hotels did not have any water supply. The place of conference, The Fairmont NewFoundland, did not have water supply. They were using mineral water in the wash rooms. It was also raining outside. What an irony!

Atlantic Ocean
A wonderful treat for the eye, but was so hard to capture in a camera. The weather was so bad and I could enjoy there for long.
