I was asked to mix mp3 files, kind of like a fusion, for a dance performance. It was relatively an easy job with the following freely available software on the Internet.
1. Audacity 1.2.3 – A free digital audio editor
2. lame_enc.dll is needed for the above program to write mp3 files. It can be found here.
